These cookies will be super soft when coming out of the oven. Be sure to let them cool before trying to remove them from the cookie sheet.
How to store baked cookies
Store in a covered container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Variations
You can make lemon cake mix cookies, by simply swapping out the cake mix flavor, all other ingredients remain the same.

The cookie dough balls can also be frozen before baking. Scoop onto a baking tray and freeze until solid. Store in a zip lock bag and pull out as many as you need that day. Bake as usual, don’t thaw – for an extra 4-5 minutes from frozen.

- Strawberry Cake Mix. Any brand will do, I use Duncan Hines or Pillsbury with no difference between the two.
- Eggs. You’ll need 2 eggs.
- Vegetable oil.
- White chocolate chips. These are optional. I mix them into the batter, but also keep a few to press into the cookies as they come out of the oven so they look pretty. You can also use milk or dark chocolate chips, or use m&m candies if you prefer.
