Easiest most efficient recipe. I had this on the table in less than 30 with a homemade orange sauce. I used sweet coconut and a soy sauce substitute.

I have made these twice and the second time, I turned them over 1/2 way thru baking and they cooked alot more evenly!! This is a great recipe that does not take a lot of time and it is YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!

In reply to Diana. That should work. They won't taste great reheated, but you can prep ahead to right before the cooking step and it will be great.

Made this baked coconut shrimp for Valentines Day. It was the perfect dinner with a twice baked potato. Will definitely be making again!
