The garlic and thyme butter sounds AMAZING on steak on its own! I can’t imagine how delicious this is with fresh tomatoes and arugula, too! But the blue cheese in with the garlic and thyme butter completely has me sold on this sandwich. So pinning to make ASAP!

Blue cheese thyme butter?! SUCH a great call. These sandwiches sound so amazing. My husband and I do a lot of lunch dates since he works nights, this is a great way to do something a little more fancy!
