I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder , onion powder, Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt. I substituted frozen spinach for the bell peppers because it’s what I had on hand and reduced the chicken stock to 3 1/4 cups. My husband said I should make this once a week! Delicious!
