An easy homemade taco seasoning blend, ready to use in anything you can dream up! Make a batch and keep it on hand for Taco Tuesday!
I stopped buying store-bought taco seasoning forever ago. It’s just so easy to make my own and keep it on hand and tastes better than the taco seasoning packet versions.
My Homemade Taco Seasoning recipe has no fillers like potato starch and uses quality ingredients. That means your finished dish will be of higher quality too! Win/Win, right? It’s also gluten-free – provided you use certified gluten-free ingredients (check the label if this is a concern for you!)

A NOTE ABOUT CHILI POWDER: This uses prepared chili powder, NOT pur ground chilies
WAYS TO USE TACO SEASONING
I recommend Soft Tacos, Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Pasta and Mini Taco Beef & Bean Pies, Taco Salad, and Taco Soup!

I’ve never made my own taco seasoning, but I’m definitely going to have to give this a try! I’m sure it’s infinitely better than anything you could get at the store (and with a-whole-lot less preservatives to boot!).
