Hi Kellie – yes, they work fantastic as minis. I have made them in mini muffin pans, mini tart bases etc. You’ll likely need a little less ganache for the top, but that’s never a problem!

This is the second time I made this salted chocolate caramel tart and it is insanely delicious and so easy. Instructions are very clear and they were a hit for my friends who were visiting.

This recipe is fantastic!!! I made it for my sister in law who LOVES dessert and she said that this is one of the best desserts she has ever had. I made them as mini tarts. I used a cup cake tray and cupcake liners so everyone got to have individual tarts. THIS IS A KEEPER. Kylee – you never fail me.
