Get an amazing Eggnog Latte at home! Be your own barista and make this cozy holiday flavored coffee drink right in your own kitchen!
Creamy with a touch of spice this homemade Eggnog Latte is going to be a huge favorite on your holiday menu! It is made with simple ingredients, creamy with a dusting of nutmeg, and absolutely perfect for sipping.
Some people wait all year long for eggnog. It’s one of those seasonal things that are ONLY available at a certain time of year. Eggnog doesn’t need to be relegated to a holiday party punch bowl the night before Christmas, you can drink it WAY before, there are no rules!
It’s like putting up your Christmas tree in November, and I personally am here for it. Why not enjoy it as long as you can? Get in the holiday spirit right now.
This recipe was born because find a Starbucks Eggnog Latte was super hit or miss. Some stores had it, but my local Starbucks didn’t. Being able to make this drink at home is a game-changer!
It’s a super simple process, that begins with using steamed eggnog. You can use this homemade eggnog recipe, or do what I do and grab your favorite eggnog at the grocery store. You can get low-fat or the regular (I prefer regular)
You’ll add your espresso (if you have an espresso coffee machine, otherwise just strong brewed coffee will work) to the eggnog mixture, then decorate as you please. I recommend a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, but you do you!
Grab your coffee mug, crank up the Christmas music and let’s go!
