Get your pumpkin martini on! This boozy Fall drink that tastes like pie will be a favorite this season!
Fall is finally here, and I don’t know about you but I could use a very large cocktail. Since it’s 5 o’clock somewhere, I insist that you stop whatever you are doing, grab some ingredients, and make this immediately.
Pumpkin flavored everything is available right now, and honestly, there are plenty of things that should NOT be made with pumpkin. I’m looking at you, pumpkin soda and spiced pumpkin rice Krispie treats!!
This recipe combines whipped cream flavored vodka, cinnamon schnapps, pumpkin spice liqueur and some half n half to make it creamy and delicious.
There is no pumpkin puree in this drink. We’re really talking about the pumpkin spice flavor, vs actually being full of vegetables. Sorry, purists and those thinking they could call this healthy. It’s, um, not.
If you MUST have pumpkin in your drink, try out my Pumpkin Spice Latte that I recently posted (you could totally booze that up!)
While this is essentially a vodka martini with ADDED flavors, you could make this your own very easily. There are lots of pumpkin cream liqueur brands available to buy right now, my favorite is the one I can FIND. The same goes for vodka. I love the whipped cream vodka (it goes awesome in this orange creamsicle martini), but vanilla vodka will work well too.
Seriously, don’t go hunting down a specific brand of pumpkin liqueurs. You need a pumpkin spice martini TODAY, not in several weeks when you track down the brand I used. Heck, you could just use Irish cream, add a little pumpkin pie spice and you’d be FINE.

Garnish ideas
Use candy corn or a cinnamon stick! Or keep it simple and add whipped cream and a little nutmeg or cinnamon over the top.
Whipped cream is optional, of course – but soooo good!
Hot tip: Quadruple the recipe and make in a pitcher and serve to a group of friends (or yourself).
