Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie (in a Skillet)

Comfort food at its finest – this super yummy Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie is the perfect weeknight dinner! 👉

INGREDIENTS

Cook the veggies till they soften - add the garlic.

Stir in the flour till combined.

Whisk in the stock.  Cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Stir in the chicken, and bring to a boil. Then, remove from heat and add in frozen peas.

Top the mixture with biscuits, and brush with the egg. Bake as directed!

Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes. Then dig into the delicious skillet chicken pot pie!
