Great idea! This is something I will have to try. can’t go wrong with sausage and cheese right? And I LOVE a one pot meal. Easy to make, easy to clean.

In reply to Kylee. Thanks so much I couldn't wait...I had to try it and made it last night so I just assumed and figured I couldn't go too wrong. Omg! It was so quick and simple. Hubby loved it and there were no leftovers. I added a squeeze of lemon to the meat and rice and added cotija cheese (that's all I had) lol and mushrooms instead of broccoli. Delish thanks again for the recipe!!!!
